Identify this former bathroom fixture for a no-prize!
(Susan): What a day! Progress is now formerly upon us, in the form of lots of dust and debris. We celebrated with a trip to the Plaza for dinner and a trip for books to Barnes and Noble. We got some scary Halloween books which should make for some spooky reading in bed. The kids are all showered and tucked in for the night. Tomorrow will bring more exciting developments for sure. Rob has decided on an impromptu trip to Belgium next week; I'll let him explain later. I think he is going to learn how to do some new surgery on bladders or something equally disgusting. I better get some chocolate out of the deal. I have to share this Sam-ism from yesterday. I was helping him with his jeans so he could pee in the potty (YEAH!!) and he said, "How come womans can't do the standing thing?"
Relaxing in the new master suite listening to the game
This morning (note yellow tape measure still in place)
Belgium! Good Grief. That is quite an "impromptu" destination! That's awesome. Take lots of photos so I can vicariously enjoy my dream of
visiting Europe. When do you go and for how long???? Enjoy!
Wow. Your demolition looks cool. Wouldn't you like to get in there with
a sledge hammer and just have at it? What a great way to relieve stress.
It is sure to be beautiful when they finish, but it looks like they have a
long way to go. Have fun. :-)
I cleaned house most of yesterday for tonight's party, so today is food preparation day. I forgot to request an RSVP so we have no idea how many people to expect! I included my email address and phone # to the invite, but
so far only two people have responded. I don't know if that means we will
only have those two folks, or if others are coming but just didn't notify us. It is kind of hard to know how much food to fix, but I will stick to my usual philosophy that it is better to have too much than not enough.
I'd better get busy, so I will wrap this up. Hugs and kisses to all!
Lots of Love,
Gramma Judy
P.S. Mitchell may be getting a backstage pass to Saturday's Wiggles concert! Is that cool or what? That's real cool. (He will, of course, be accompanied by his mom and dad.)

You got to do what you got to do for a working bathroom. How about the one on the third floor? Don't forget that one.
How about those Redbirds? Go Hawks andCardinals!
Love to All!
