(Rob:) Or maybe "catpile" would be closer to the truth. Susan has a magnetic effect on small children and cats as is evidenced by this photo taken during "Survivor" tonight:
The bathroom project is moving along: we now have drywall up in the hall way and closet:
Exciting!
This weekend: Hawkeye football road trip for me, tennis lessons and generalized chaos here for Susan and the kids. Go Hawks!
Good Morning!
Wow! How lucky you are to get to go to tomorrow's football game. I hope you cheer them on to victory. My old dancing partner, Coach Alvarez (and his amazing eyes), may very well be in trouble against the Hawkeyes! Go Hawks!
Speaking of the Hawkeyes, I was following a car yesterday from Bradenton, FL that
had an Alex Karras dealership emblem and license plate frame. That must be "THE"
Iowa Alex Karras, don't you think? I didn't know what became of him, but perhaps now I do!
Still working on Christmas here, although I did take a break yesterday to have my hair frosted. It didn't turn out exactly as I had hoped, but it will be OK. I have the worst luck with hairdressers.
I am getting a real education on eBay this week. One has to watch out for postage costs! I ordered one little $5.00 item and am being charged $25.00 postage! Live
and learn. I may have to give them a negative comment. That seems to be almost
as traumatic has having something go on your "permanent record" as a kid!
Another picture perfect day down here. This is really a wonderful time of year weather-wise in Florida . Warm temps, no humidity, etc. It's hard to know that it
is Thanksgiving and that Christmas is around the corner, but it sure is nice.
Have a great weekend. Hugs to the kids. GO HAWKS!
Love,
Gramma Judy
P.S. The bathroom is lookin' good! You may even meet your December "deadline."

I was checking out your Ipod list and noticed your Chris Isaak listing. Just bought the new Christmas CD he put out(on Sale 11.99 at Target by the way) and it is a must have for your Christmas collection. Several classics mixed with some originals from the band. Cool stuff. Have a great weekend. Love, Zanny
