(Susan): Tessa had her first tennis lesson today and she loved it. We went out for breakfast and lunch and went to the fabric store (what else!). We didn't get too much in the Visitiation auction last night; I guess it pays to stay until the end so you don't get out bid. We have no plans for tomorrow except groceries. We may start putting up the Christmas tree (kidding!).
Guess where we went for breakfast?
Sam plays checkers while Tessa has her tennis lesson
Captain Jack doesn't like to be picked up so we have to desensitize him daily
Tessa and Sam decided to shower in their swimsuits and then poor Sam got turbie towelled
I sure like all the pictures!! Sam looks so much taller than the last time we saw him. Tessa looks so good playing tennis, she will have to have a match with Grandpa sometime in the future. We have just returned from church and they had some really good music today, which is my favorite part. I plan to go fabric shopping later. Susan, I allready have the required one with dots for my new quilt. Yesterday we went to New Ulm to the Christmas Haus, and stopped to see Larson's. Cousin Kris just happened to be home for the weekend with her boyfriend Mark. He is from Moose Jaw, Sashskatewan Canada. I see a wedding for them when they finish college. Grandma Delores

Hi!
I agree with Delores, the kids are looking so tall and grown up! I also agree that Tessa looks like a natural on that tennis court. Way to go, Tessa!
The bagels look soooo good, I may have to go get myself one!
I hit a bunch of garage sales yesterday. Wow. Did I ever find some good treasures.
It had been such a long time since I had been "sale-ing," I had forgotten how much fun it is. I loaded my car to the brim and had to go back today for a second load -- all for only $50.00 (and that included a lovely chair and ottoman for our bedroom).
Way to go Hawkeyes! What a game. It will be fun to see what the bowl game pundits are predicting for this year's games. Florida seems likely at this point, which is good news for us!
Well, I planned to do some more preparing for Christmas today, so I will stop now so I can get to the stores and things on my list.
Have a great day. Love to all ...
